Three Ways You Can Get More Out Of
Your Fuel Oil Delivery Service From Eshenaurs Fuels, Inc.

Eshenaurs Fuels, Inc. has been providing fuel oil delivery service to residents throughout the Central Pennsylvania area for over 50 years. We take pride in the standards Eshenaurs has set and has maintained when it comes to delivering safe and efficient fuel oil in a timely and professional manner.

We are constantly looking for better ways of serving our customers better. That's why at Eshenaurs Fuels, Inc., we offer three convenient fuel oil delivery services to meet most of our customers' needs. These programs include The Ready Reserve TM, the Budget Program TM, and Automatic Delivery - each tailored to meet the specific needs of our growing list of customers.

Let's take a look at each of these services.

READY RESERVE PROGRAM

Eshenaurs Fuels developed "Ready Reserve", a heating oil program to help customers save hundreds of dollars on home heating costs. This program allows customers to pay for the entire heating season up front in return for a fixed low "cash" rate.

We're proud to say that we were the first to offer this program in the Harrisburg area. And we're happy to announce that hundreds of our customers have saved literally thousands of dollars over the years.

The Ready Reserve works like this: first we take a look at the number of gallons of oil you've been using annually for the past three or four years. Secondly, we calculate an average usage based on that period of time.

Next we seek out the lowest possible "cash" price from our pipeline suppliers and order a specific amount of oil at that price. (Typically, a cash price will be five to ten cents lower than our regular on-demand delivery price.) Then we multiply the cash price times the anticipated usage and reserve this amount of oil at the specific price point for your home.

Finally, we bill you for the entire amount in advance to be paid for by the beginning of September. By doing so you are guaranteed the lowest possible price for your heating oil for the upcoming heating season-September 1 through May 31.

BUDGET PROGRAM

If you would rather not pay for your oil in advance but want to spread your payments over 11 months, Eshenaurs offers a "Budget Plan" that runs from August through June. This program is designed to stabilize our customers' heating bills during the peak-heating season.

According to Dave, "The payment schedule begins in August and ends in June. The payments are calculated by multiplying the customer's last year usage in gallons times an average price per gallon. This total is then divided by 11 months. Payments are due the 15th of each month."

To make this plan even more convenient, Eshenaurs provides Budget customers with a Budget Packet consisting of handy payment envelopes, and a place to log all deliveries and payments. Approximately halfway through the heating season, we review each Budget account and make an adjustment up or down if necessary. All payments, of course, must be paid on time. The bottom line is this, if you're an Automatic Delivery or Will Call customer, you should consider the benefits of our Budget Plan that provides you with an easier way to handle your heating finances - in the same manner you pay your monthly mortgage and car payment.

AUTOMATIC DELIVERY

There's no good reason for running out of fuel oil in the middle of winter. Nonetheless, it does happen - usually to "Will Call" customers who for one reason or another haven't paid attention to their fuel oil usage. We always do our best to accommodate these situations, but during peak delivery times and unusually bad weather, precious hours often pass before we can make a delivery.

When you enroll in our Automatic Delivery Service, we maintain your oil service by scheduling fuel oil deliveries exactly when you need them. We like to call it "peace-of-mind" at no extra cost!
